摘要
加冰拌和混凝土作为降低混凝土出机口温度的有效措施在水利水电工程混凝土施工中广泛采用。加冰工艺的好坏直接关系到加冰拌和混凝土的预冷效果,越来越受到人们的重视。三峡一期工程混凝土预冷系统中,采用了三种不同的加冰工艺,实际运行情况表明,三种加冰工艺均可满足生产要求。
Mixing the concrete with ice is an effective measure to low the concrete temperature at the outlet of batching plant that has been widely applied in the concrete construction ofthe water resources and hydroelectric works. The workmanship of adding ice is directly related tothe precooling effect of the iced concrete and more and more has been paid attention. Three kinds of adding ice workmanship were employed in the concrete precooling system for the first -stage works of the Three Gorges Project and their operation results showed they were all satisactoryto the production needs.
