华东勘探设计研究院监理中心在三峡工程通航建筑物下游引航道防渗工程施工阶段狠抓质量监理。监理工程师在开工申请、试验、工序控制、质量缺陷处理和竣工验收等方面严格把关，总结了一套监理工程师的现场管理模式。

The construction of the seepage control works for the downstream approach channel of the Three Gorges Project was supervized by the Supervision Center, East China Investigation and Design Institute. Its representatives made check on the commencement application,tests, control of working sequence,treatment of quality faults and acceptance of completion,etc,and have summed up a mode of site management by the Engineer.
