变电站综合自动化即要实现对变电站的主要设备和输、配电线路的自动监视、测量、自动控制和微机保护,以及调度通信等综合自动化功能。随着计算机技术、网络通信技术和微电子技术的发展,变电站综合自动化在电力系统和厂矿企业已获得了广泛的应用,它替代了变电站常规二次设备,简化了变电站二次接线。实际的生产运行表明,变电站综合自动化保护系统是提高变电站安全稳定运行水平、降低运行维护成本、提高经济效益、向用户提供高质量电能的一项重要技术措施。
The integrated automation of the substation refers to automatic supervisory, measurement, control, and micro-computerized protection for main equipment of substations and distribution lines, as well as automatic functions for dispatching communication. Along with the development of the technologies of computer, network communication, and micro electronic, the applications of these technologies become wider in electric power systems and industrial enterprises. Integrated automation of substation replaced conventional secondary equipment of substation, and simplified secondary wiring for substation. The practical operation demonstrates that the integrated automation and protection system is a significant technical measure for implementing stable operation, reducing operation and maintenance costs, enhancing economical effects and improving quality of power energy supplied to the users.
