摘要
介绍了一种基于石英晶体温度传感器的智能冰点温度测试仪的设计,对冰点测试原理进行了分析,对石英晶体传感器的测温机理和石英晶体温度传感器频率-温度转换的非线性及处理进行了阐述。根据设计要求,给出了测试仪的具体硬件电路设计和相应的主程序流程图。在检定年奶质量过程中,该测试仪测量速度快、测量精度高、使用简单、操作方便、应用效果好。
The design of intelligent freezing point temperature tester based on quartz temperature sensor is introduced. The principle of freezing point test is analyzed ; the measuring mechanism of quartz temperature sensor and the non-linearity of frequency/temperature conversion of the sensor as well as the processing method for non-linearity are described. In accordance with the design requirements, the design of specific hardware circuits of the tester and the flowchart of related main program are given. During the determination process of milk quality, the measurement with this tester offers quick operation and high accuracy, the operation is simple and convenient, while the applicable effect is good.
