摘要
采用涡轮式流量传感器对呼吸机潮气量进行测量时,往往存在误差较大的问题。在介绍了呼吸机涡轮流量传感器的工作原理、结构及特点的基础上,讨论分析了涡轮流量传感器的流量特性。指出此种流量传感器由于自身结构特点从而会产生反应"滞后性"。通过分析呼吸机典型流量特性曲线,提出了提高呼吸机吸入潮气量测量精度的方法,得出通过脉冲计数补偿和分段标定流量传感器容量系数的方法可以提高潮气量测量精度,并在产品研制中得到了很好的验证。
Usually, errors exist in tidal volume measurement of ventilator by using turbine flow sensor. On the basis of introduction of the working principle, structure and features of turbine flow sensor in ventilator, the flow characteristics of turbine flow sensor are analyzed and discussed. Through analyzing the curves of flow characteristics of ventilator, the methods of enhancing measurement accuracy of the absorbing tidal volume are proposed. It is stated that through pulse counting compensation and calibrating capacity coefficient of flow sensor in sections, the accuracy of measuring tidal volume can be enhanced. The conclusion has been proven in product development.
