外向型工业化与二元经济结构的转变——对珠三角产业结构转型的思考

Export- oriented Industrialization and the Change of Dual Economy Structure: a Consideration on the Industrial Transition in the Peal River Area

本文在介绍关于"刘易斯转折点"的争论的基础上,提出在考虑转移成本以后,准刘易斯转折点实际上是刘易斯转折点的提前形态,这种提前形态与我国外向型的工业化模式有关。在二元经济结构下,外向型的工业化模式会产生失衡效应和加速效应,从而促使刘易斯转折点提前到来。本文最后对珠三角地区产业结构调整的挑战和应对策略提出了若干见解。

By introducing the debate on ‘Lewis turning point’in China,the paper puts forward an argument considering the transfer costs,that the ‘quasi-Lewis turning point’is actually an early type of Lewis turning point,and this type is related to the external oriented industrialization mode in China.In the dual economic structure,external oriented industrialization mode will have an imbalance effect and an expediting effect,thereby the early coming of Lewis turning point will be facilitated.Finally,the paper gives some advice about the way to deal with the challenge and the strategies of industrial structure readjustment in the Pearl River Delta region.
