摘要
于PTFE消解罐中用浓硝酸于微波炉中消解八月札试样,所得试样的稀硝酸溶液用于火焰原子吸收光谱法测定其中的铁、铜、锌、锰、钙的含量。5种金属元素的回收率在90.0%~102.6%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)为0.47%~2.19%之间。
Sample of a traditional Chinese medicine, named in transliteration "Ba-yue-zha" was digested with conc. HNO3 in a PTFE digestion vessel heated in a microwave oven. The sample solution in dil. HNO3 was used for FAAS determination of Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn and Ca under prescribed working conditions of the instrument. Using a sample of "Ba-yue-zha" as matrix, tests for precision and recovery were made, giving values of RSD's (n=5) in the range of 0. 47%-2. 19% and values of recovery in the range of 90. 0%-102.6%.
