在分析卷烟物流成本管理现状的基础上,界定了卷烟物流成本管理的研究范围,对物流成本管理系统进行设计,对卷烟企业改进成本管理方法,提高管理水平,降低成本起到了指导作用。
The paper analyzes the current situation of tobacco logistics cost management, defines its research scope and designs a logistics cost management system in order to improve the method of cost management and to raise the management level.
