摘要
根据GUM和JJF 1059—1999标准,分析计算了热轧中宽钢带试样拉伸试验中的不确定度行为,得到Urel(ReL)=1.6%,Urel(Rm)=1.4%,Urel(A)=0.5%。结果表明,热轧中宽钢带试样拉伸试验中不确定度的水平与GB 228标准附录J预测水平相当,检测过程受控正常。
According to GUM and JJF 1059--1999, calculating and comprising every factor on measurement uncertainty of tensile test for square specimen, the result of the relative measurement uncertainty is Urel (Rel)= 1.6% ,Urel (Rm)= 1.4%, Urel (A)=0. 5% respectively. It is shown that the level of measurement uncertainty of tern sile test for middling broad strip of hot-rolling is match with Annex J of GB/T 228, which means auctorial tensile test procedures are under control normally.
