摘要
借助于ZEISS光学显微镜检测45钢钢板总脱碳层深度结果的测量不确定度来源进行了分析,并且采用综合评定法对总脱碳层深度测量结果的不确定度进行了评定,最终给出了扩展不确定度。
The sources of measurement uncertainty for all depth of decarburization in 45 steel plate by ZEISS microscopes were analyzed. Moreover, the measurement uncertainty of all depth of decarburization was detailedly evaluated by synthetic evaluation method , and the expanded uncertainty obtailed.
