摘要
用化学成分分析、金相组织检验以及断口宏观、微观分析等方法对轴承外圈早期破裂进行了分析。结果表明,该轴承外圈破裂的主要原因是装配不当,致使其外表面发生了严重的磨损和烧伤;另外,外圈材料组织中存在断续网状碳化物,对裂纹的扩展及最终破裂起到了促进作用。
The fracture reasons of outside race in bearing was analyzed by chemical composition analysis, metallographic microstructure examination, macro and micro-fractography. The results showed that the main fracture cause of outside race in bearing was not mounted properly, and outside surface happened to wear and burn badly. And the impact ductility was declined and the expansion of crack and the fracture was accelerated because of the reticulate carbonide of interruption being in material microstructure.
