摘要
研究了离子沉淀法从粗陈茶叶中提取茶多酚的方法,考察了浸提时间、沉淀剂的选择、pH调节剂的选择、陈化时间、酸转溶时酸的浓度和萃取剂的选择等因素对提取的影响。
This article researched the method of extracting tea polyphenol from the rough tea with the ion precipitation method. The experiment discussed the influence over the extraction from the time of soaking, the choice of the type of precipitation agents, the choice of pH conditioners, the time of chen-melting, the choice of sour extension dissolves as the acid concentration, the choice of extracting agents and so on.
