摘要 轻度认知障碍(MCI)是介于正常老化与痴呆之间的一种过渡阶段,向阿尔茨海默病转变的风险很高。神经影像学在轻度认知障碍的临床评价、早期诊断、预测病程及监测治疗效果中起着重要的作用。 Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) refers to a transitional status between the cognitive changes of normal aging and the fully developed clinical features of dementia, it has a high risk to progress to Alzheimer's disease. Neuroimaging has become increasingly important in the clinical assessment and early diagnosis of MCI. It can also predict the course of MCI and monitor treatment effects.
