局部药物治疗中枢性肌痉挛的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 局部药物治疗肌痉挛,即使用破坏神经的药物作用于混合运动神经或运动点,使目标肌肉化学性失神经支配,缓解靶肌肉痉挛,能够避免口服药物的全身副作用,方法简单,使肌肉放松,适时对患者进行功能训练较容易获得良好效果,为研究痉挛的病理生理机制提供了有效途径,因此具有广阔的运用前景。
