摘要
以α-氨基己二酸、亚磷酸和甲醛(37%)水溶液为原料,合成了新型有机磷羧酸阻垢剂α-氨基己二酸-N,N’-二亚甲基膦酸(AADMP)。并对产物进行了IR、1H NMR和MS表征。实验结果表明:α-氨基己二酸、甲醛、亚磷酸的物质的量比为1∶2.4∶2.4,反应温度为110℃,反应时间为3 h,甲醛为一次性加入时,所得产物对CaCO3阻垢效果最好。阻垢性能的对比实验也表明,AADMP具有优良的阻垢性能。
A new scale inhibitor α-aminoadipic acid-N, N'-dimethylidene-phosphonic acid (AADMP) has been synthesized from α- aminoadipic acid, phosphorous acid and formaldehyde aqueous solution (37 %). And it is characterized by IR, IH NMR and MS. The results show that the AADMP is an excellent scale inhibitor for CaCO3 when it is synthesized under the following conditions: n (C6H11NO4) :n (CH2O) :n (H3PO3) = 1:2.4:2.4; reaction temperature 110 ℃; reaction time 3 h ;formaldehyde is added at one time. The results of contrast experiments show that AADMP has fine scale inhibition capability.
