超声激活血卟啉杀伤肿瘤细胞的定量测定 被引量:3

摘要 线粒体是细胞的能量供应站,MTT(溴化-3-(4.5-二甲基-2-噻唑基)-2.5-二苯基四氮唑)试剂可以定性并定量测定细胞线粒体中呼吸链的标记酶NADH2和NADPH2活性。FDA(成形二甲基酰胺)试剂可以对细胞中酯酶活性定量测定.运用MTT及FDA进行可见光及荧光光谱分析可客观反应肿瘤细胞活力,实验表明超声加血卟啉对肿瘤细胞有显著杀伤作用,单独血卟啉有一定作用.本实验探讨了正常离体条件下,超声功率,血卟啉浓度与杀伤效应之间的关系,为临床医学提供一定的参考资料. Photospectrometry and fluorescent photospectrometry were used to measure some enzyme activity and plasmamembrane,It's found that HPD irritated by ultrasound has obvious destructive effect on S180 cells. Ultrasound irri tation or HPD both has some destruc tive effect. The relationship between the destructive effect of HPD irritated by ultrasound and the concentration of HPD was tested, as well as the intensit of ultrasound. This might provide useful data for the treatment of tumor with HPD and ultrasound.
