孕期锰接触对母体及子代发育的影响 被引量:4

EFFECTS OF MANGANESE EXPOSURE DURING PREGNANCY ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF MOTHER AND OFFSPRING IN RATS

摘要 为研究妊娠期大鼠接触锰对母体及子代发育的影响,对妊娠大鼠,于孕第一天开始,每隔一天,腹腔内注射氯化锰水溶液。4个染锰组的染锰剂量分别为每次3.75mg/kg、7.5mg/kg、15mg/kg和30mg/kg。自然分娩,观察母仔的生长发育情况。结果发现:①30mg/kg的染锰剂量对孕鼠有明显的毒性,表现为体重下降,妊娠中止;②15mg/kg染锰组仔鼠的出生体重及头臀长均显著低于对照组;③1个月龄时,3.75mg/kg和7.5mg/kg染锰组仔鼠的体重和头臀长均大于对照组,而15mg/kg染锰组则仍低于正常对照组;④2~3个月龄时,15mg/kg染锰组仔鼠体重低于对照组,其余染锰组与对照组之间,未见有显著性差异。提示:孕期锰接触,超过一定量时,对母体及子代的生长发育均可产生明显的影响。 This investigation is to study the effects of manganese exposure during pregnancy on the development of the mother and offspring in rats.Female rats from their first day of pregnancy were injected intraperitoneally with manganese chloride once every alternate day for a period of 20 days.The pregnant rats were then let to deliver naturally.The development of the parents and their offspring was observed.Results:①Manganese in dose of 30 mg/kg was toxic to the pregnant rats;their body weights decreased significantly,and the process of pregnancy stopped;②The weights and lengths of the nweborn rats of those pregnant rats exposed to 15 mg/kg manganese were significantly lower than those of the controls;③At the age of one month,the body weights and length of the newborn rats of those pregnant rats exposed to 375 mg/kg and 75 mg/kg were heavier and longer than those of the controls;④At the age of 2 ̄3 months,the weights of the newborns of those pregnant rats exposed to 15 mg/kg manganese were significantly lower than those of the controls.The results indicate that exposure to manganese beyond certain limitss during pregnancy has adverse effects on the development of mother and offspring in rats.
