水蛭对人血小板聚集抑制的探讨

INHIBITION OF HUMAN BLOOD PLATELET AGGREGATION BY CRUDE HIRUDIN

为开拓抗肿瘤的辅助疗法，探讨水蛭对人血小板聚集的抑制，以ＡＤＰ和水蛭粗提取液为致聚剂，检测了２３例头颈部恶性肿瘤和１４例健康人血小板聚集功能。结果显示：①ＡＤＰ致聚的头颈恶性肿瘤病人的最大聚集率（ＭＡＲ）明显高于健康人（Ｐ＜０．００１）；②水蛭粗提取液的浓度与人血小板聚集的抑制率呈正相关系；③水蛭粗提取液对头颈恶性肿瘤病人及健康人ＭＡＲ的抑制率分别为（９６．６±４．５）％和（９８．４±２．６）％，两者无统计学差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示水蛭对血小板聚集功能亢进的头颈部恶性肿瘤的转移可能有抑制作用。

In order to open up supplementary antitumor therapy,a study of the inhibition of human blood plate aggregation by crude hirudin was performedThe platelet aggration functions were tested by ADP and crude hirudin in 23 cases with malignant tumor of the head and neck,and 14 healthy controlsResults:①Aggregation by ADH showed that the maximum aggregation rate(688±17)% in the group with tumor of the head and neck was higher than that of the control group(564±195)%,and the difference was very significant(P<0001);②A positive correlation was found between the concentration of crude hirudin and the inhibition of platelet aggregation;③The inhibition of maximum aggregation rate by crude hirudin were (966±45)% and (984±26)% in patients with malignant tumor of the head and neck,and in the controls respectivelyThe difference was not significant(P>005)Our results suggest that the inhibition of platelet aggregation by hirudo extract might inhibit the metastasis of malignant tumor of the head and neck
