Feasible Study of Implementing the Combination between Competition and Teaching in Training and Administrative System in Western District

本文采用访谈法、文献资料法等方法,调查体育训练管理中存在的问题,并对其予以分析。提出训练管理应走院校化的道路,进一步提高西部体育训练管理的质量.

Through using the method of interview and literature review, this paper investigates existing problem in physical training administrative and puts forwards that training administrative should follow the way of academy. The main purpose is to further improve the quality of training administrative in western district.
