Construction of College Physical Education Teacher's Quality from the Perspective of New Course Reform

随着新课程改革的不断深入和发展,时代赋予给高校体育教师更高的要求,每一位体育教师必须要转变观念,构建新的体育课程和教学理论方法,注重自身思想道德素质、身心素质、专业知识、教学素质及科研能力的提高,从而适应学校体育改革和发展的需要。

With the deepening and progress of the new course reform, college physical education teachers are supposed to be put on a higher standard, as is required to change the traditional ideas in order to construct a new physical education course and conceive a modern teaching method as well. Besides, they should attach more attention to the moral and physical construction and the elevation of professional knowledge, teaching and research ability so as to meet the demands of new course reform and development.
