摘要
通过文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法等方法,对微格教学法引入健美操普修课教学进行了试验研究。结果表明:微格教学有效地降低了运动技能学习的难度;微格教学中信息反馈及时、全面、直接;微格教学过程中示范、指导与实践三者紧密结合。从而提高了健美操教学效果和教学质量,对发挥学生的主观能动性、培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力都有积极的促进作用。
Through using the method of literature, experiment and mathematical statistics, this paper makes study on micro - teaching used in aerobics teaching. The result shows that micro - teaching can effectively decrease the learning difficulty of movement skill. The information feedback of micro - teaching is quick, direct and general. The micro - teaching has positively promotion on student' s ability in solving and analyzing the problem.
