摘要
目的通过建立人工晶体术后的动物模型,应用透射电镜对兔眼后房型人工晶体前膜的超微结构进行研究,为临床上的防治提供理论依据。方法将20只纯系新西兰白兔随机分成4组,建立后房型人工晶体动物模型,将术后第4,7,15,30天各组中瞳孔区晶体前膜较为明显的动物处死,分别取其人工晶体前膜,制作透射电镜标本并观察。结果发现人工晶体前膜中有巨噬细胞、成纤维细胞样细胞、异物巨细胞、超大巨细胞和大量胶原纤维,膜内这些细胞均具有巨噬细胞本来的特征。结论后房型人工晶体前膜的形成主要由于眼内人工晶体的异物反应所致。
Objective A rabbit model after posterior chamber lens implantation was established,the membranes of preintraocularlens in rabbit eyes were removed and studied by transmission electron microscopy (TEM).It provided experimental evidences for prophylaxis and treatment in clinic practice.Method A rabbit model of posterior chamber lens implantation in 20 pure Newzealand rabbit eyes were eatablished by being divided four groups at random, the animals with membranes in pupilary area apparent were executed in different group in 4th,7th, 15th,30th,after operation,and the samples of TEM were made and observed.Result The membrane was composed of macrophages, fibroblastlike cells foreignbody giant cells, ultralarge giant cells, and collgen fibrils.The cells had macrophage characteristics. Conclusion It has been concluded that the membrane was produced predominantly by foreignbody reaction of intraocularlens.
