The paper analyzed the causes, the main features and the main issues reflected in the law-related visit, clarified the necessity and feasibility of establishing the mechanisms to prevent and deal with the law-related visit for the procuratorial organs and proposed to establish the mechanisms to prevent and deal with the law-related visit.
