摘要
《物权法》第九十三条规定,"不动产或者动产可以由两个以上单位、个人共有。"可见,共有是指两个或者两个以上的单位或者个人对同一不动产或者动产享有所有权。
Article 93 of ＂Property Law＂ stipulates that ＂movable or immovable property can be shared by two or more units, or individuals.＂ Clearly, sharing means that means two or more units or individuals can share the ownership to the same movable or immovable property.
