论我国非政府组织的发展

On NGO Development of China

按照现代社会和法治政府的要求,非政府组织在我们的经济社会生活中发挥越来越重要的作用。但是,在我国长期形成的和政府"姻亲一家"、纷繁芜杂,使得"事业单位"在行政许可法出台以后,特别是在以法治政府为目标进行政治改革的今天,面临着"断脐"和"独立"的社会状况,该何去何从?本文以行政许可法为依据,遵循法治原则,对治理观念下非政府组织的发展进行了探索。

According to the needs of modern society and the notion of government under law, non--government organization will play an important role in the economy and society. Especially because of the enforcement of the executive licensing law, NGO is faced with new developing chance. The article discuss how should NGO develop under the principle of rule of law.
