抽水蓄能电站运行指标的探讨

Discussion on the operation indexes of pumped storage power plant

在对国外一些抽水蓄能电站运行指标调查研究的基础上，通过对广州蓄能水电厂投产以来的运行情况和主要运行指标的分析，探讨了如何衡量我国抽水蓄能电站运行管理水平的问题。作者认为，可用率、启动成功率和跳机次数是衡量抽水蓄能电站运行水平的３个重要指标。从国外引进设备的电厂，设备进入稳定运行期后，上述３项考核标准可定为：可用率８０％～９０％；启动成功率９６％～９９％；每台机组年跳机次数２．５次～４次（或年跳机率０．２５％～０．４％）。实际考核中，还应注意３项指标间的辩证关系。

On the basis of the investigation and study on the operation indexes of some pumped storage power plants in other countries,and the analysis of the operation situation and major operation indexes of Guangzhou Pumped storage Power Plant since it was put into operation,this paper discusses on how to judge the level of operation and management of pumped storage power plant in China.The author considers there are three key indexes for judging the level of operation and management of pumped storage power plant,that is,the availability,the successful rate of starting machine and the number of tripping the power generator.For those plants which imports the equipment from foreign countries,the above three indexes when the plant is steadily operated could be determined to be 80% of availability,96%-99% of the starting successful rate and 2 5～4 annual trippings each generating unit(or 0 25% of annual tripping rate).In the actual checking,it also should consider the dialectical relations among three indexes.
