哮喘患者血浆白细胞介素-13、-4水平与哮喘控制的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨哮喘患者血浆白细胞介素(IL)-13、IL-4水平与哮喘控制的关系。方法中度持续性哮喘患者26例,每例随诊12周,每4周为一个观察点。检测患者血浆IL-13、IL-4水平,结合哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分和肺功能检测数值评价哮喘的控制水平;检测20例健康对照者血浆IL-13和IL-4的水平。结果哮喘患者血浆IL-13、IL-4水平随着治疗时间延长逐渐降低,但始终高于正常对照组,哮喘患者随诊12周时IL-13和IL-4水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05);哮喘组患者ACT评分随着治疗时间的延长逐渐升高,各观察时间点的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);哮喘患者的肺功能水平随着治疗时间的延长逐渐升高,但是随诊4周的肺功能与8周相比,差异无统计学意义;哮喘患者血浆IL-13、IL-4水平与目前用来反映哮喘临床控制水平的指标(ACT评分、肺功能)呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论哮喘患者血浆IL-13、IL-4水平与哮喘控制水平有一定的相关性。 Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma level of intedeukin (IL)-13, IL-4 of asthma patients and asthma control. Methods Twenty six patients with midrange persistent asthma were enrolled and followed up for 12 weeks. The plasma level of IL-13, IL-4 were tested every four weeks, and score of the asthma control test (ACT) and values of the spirometry were combined together to evaluate the level of asthma control. Twenty healthy people were enrolled as control group. Results The levels of IL-13 and IL-4 were decreasing gradually with the extension of therapy time, but always remain higher than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0. 05 ) ; While ACT score of the patients increased during the same period of time, and there were significant difference between each two groups in each check point ( P 〈 0. 01 ) ; The values of the patients' spirometry also went up steadily, but there were no significant difference between the fourth week group and the eighth week group; IL-13 had negative correlation with the index which, at present, used to reffect the clinic control level of asthma, such as the score of ACT and the values of the spirometry, so did the IL-4. Conclusion The levels of IL-13 and IL-4 were related with the level of the asthma control.
