摘要
PTEN是1997年发现的第一个具有磷酸酶活性的抑癌基因,其缺失、突变和表达减少广泛存在于多种进展期肿瘤中,核内外的PTEN通过细胞凋亡和诱导细胞周期停滞抑制肿瘤的发生发展。最近研究发现,PTEN可以通过泛素化进入细胞核内,并通过诱导细胞周期停滞和维持染色体完整性在核内起到肿瘤抑制作用。本文就PTEN的核转位及其在核内的多种功能作一综述。
PTEN is the first anti-oncogene which has phosphotase activity, and its deletion, mutation and decreased expression extensively exist in multiple advanced cancers. It was reported that PTEN in cytoplasm and nucleus inhibited the tumorigenesis by inducing apoptosis and cell cycle arrest. Recent researches showed that PTEN could enter nucleus through ubiquitination, and played a role in inhibiting tumorigenesis by inducing cell cycle arrest and maintaining the integrity of chromatosome. In this article,the nuclear translocation of PTEN and its functions in nucleus were reviewed.
