本文探讨了绩效管理中存在的六个误区,认为企业可从绩效目标设计、绩效目标沟通、绩效目标实施、绩效目标评估、绩效目标后续管理进行持续改进,以不断提高企业绩效管理的有效性。
This article discuss the six misunderstandings of the performance target management,that is to continuously improve the validity of permance target from the target design,the communication, the realization,the evaluation and the post managent.
