己烷作助溶剂合成生物柴油 被引量:2

摘要 针对生物柴油合成过程中的反应速率慢、转化率低和生产成本高的问题,提出以浸出法制取植物油工艺为基础的直接生物柴油的合成方法。以菜籽油合成生物柴油为研究对象,以浸出溶剂己烷为助溶剂,考察了各因素对酯交换反应过程的影响。结果表明,反应转化率影响因素的重要性依次为反应时间、醇油摩尔比、氢氧化钠用量、菜籽油己烷质量比、反应温度。在温度45℃、反应时间60min、醇油摩尔比6∶1、氢氧化钠用量1%和菜籽油己烷质量比38∶62的条件下,油的转化率可达96.1%。
