电子商务作为一种新的商贸活动,已深入到我们生活的方方面面,但是随之而来的也有新的法律问题,电子商务纠纷管辖法院的确定就是其中之一。传统的管辖权原则虽然解决了普通商贸活动的管辖争议,但是由于电子商务的特定网络环境,传统管辖权原则受到了极大的冲击。本文针对电子商务管辖权的现状,分析国内外电子商务管辖权原则的发展,对完善电子商务管辖权原则提出了新的看法。

E-commerce disputes the determination of the court of jurisdiction is one of them.
