目前农产品流通的现状和影响因素已成为现代农业发展的瓶颈。要实现现代农业的快速发展,必须抓住机遇,与时俱进,采取新举措,搞活农产品流通。农产品流通体制作为整个农业经济系统的重要组成部分,其改革既要适应本地区当前农业经济发展的需要,又要符合政府的宏观目标和微观主体的利益要求。

The present situation of the agricultural products＇ circulation together with its influencing factors has already become the obstacle in the development of modem agriculture. To attain a fast speed of this development, we must grasp the opportunities, improve with the time, take the new and advanced measurements, and make the circulation of the agricultural products alive. As an important part of the whole system of the agricultural economy, the reformation of this circulation not only should meet the needs of the local present agricultural economic development, but also should be in accord with the acquirements of the government＇s macro-objective and its micro-economic benefit of individuals.
