Research and Example Analysis of BOM and Logistics Network Plan in Workshop Based on Disassembling Pruduct

本文在将产品分解为通用和定制零部件的基础上,形成产品装配BOM,基于此构建生产装配周期,形成产品装配网络计划和车间物流安排。结合螺旋型干燥真空泵部分产品规格和装配顺序,进行实例分析。

Based on the process of disassembling product into basis and made to order part, this paper has built the material of bills to assemble semi-manufactured goods or finished products. Besides the material of bills, this paper designs the periods of assembly, and deals with the assemble network plan of product and logistics plan. Finally, this paper analyses the above theoretic and methods with an example of dry vacuum pump.
