针对合作开发房地产项目收益的随机波动特性，首次建立了合作对策的期望收益分配模型，在此基础上提出了合作开发房地产项目的风险决策方法．

Considering stochastic fluctuation of real estate profit,an expected profit distribution model for cooperative game is established and furtherly a risk based decision making method for cooperative development of real estate is given for the first time.
