医院感染危险因素的调查与分析

目的探讨医院感染的危险因素并加以分析。方法对2003年至2006年间8424例住院患者医院感染情况进行回顾性调查分析。结果发生医院感染438例,总感染率为5.25%;感染部位以下呼吸道、泌尿道最为常见,其构成比分别是31.5%、18.2%;患者的年龄、病种、病情严重程度、住院时间、药物应用以及标本的送检率和医院的管理方式等都是引起医院感染的主要危险因素。结论通过对医院感染危险因素的调查与分析,使我们真正认识到医院感染所造成的危害,它直接影响到医院的医疗水平。总之,我们必须针对主要危险因素进行重点监控,同时提高医疗护理质量,合理应用药物。只有这样才能有效地降低医院感染的发病率。

Objective Discuss and analyze the risk factor of hospital infection. Methods Retrospectively review and analyze about the information of 8424 patients in hospital from 2003 to 2006. Results There are 438 patients who has the hospital infection, and the infection rate is 5.25% ; the conmmon infection parts are lower respiratory tract and urinary tract, the constituent ratio is 31.5%, 18.2% ;The major risk factors of hospital infection include age, entity, serious degree of pathogenetic condition, length of stay, application of drug of patient, and the management modality of hospital etc. Condusion Through investigation and analysis about risk factor of hospital infection, we realize the detriment of hospital infection, it can effect the level of medical treatment straight. In a word, we must adopt the intensive monitoring for risk factors, and meanwhile, raise the quality medical care, use medicine rationally. We can degrade the incidence rate of hospital infection effectually in this way.
