摘要
目的探讨术中B超在胰岛细胞瘤定位诊断中的价值和临床意义。方法回顾性分析了我院近10年收治29例胰岛细胞瘤的临床资料。结果CT、MRI、术前B超、术中B超定位诊断胰岛细胞瘤的敏感性分别为:43.8%、44.4%、58.6%、94.7%。结论术中B超是胰岛细胞瘤定位诊断的一种必要、有效的检查方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of localization diagnosis of intraoperative uhrasonography on islet cell tumor. Methods The clinical materials of 29 patients with insulinoma treated in our hospital in the past ten years were retrospectively analyzed. Results The sensitivity of tumor localization with computed tomography（CY）, magnetic resonance imaging （MR/）, preoperative uhrasonography （US）, intraoperative ultrasonography （IOUS） was 43.8 % .44.4% .58.6 %. 94.7 %, respectivelyCondusion IOUS is a kind of necessary and effective way of localization diagnosis of islet cell tumor.
