德国职业教育对我国职业教育改革的启示

What China's Vocational Education Can Learn from Germany's Vocational Education

对我国和德国的职业教育进行了比较研究,认为第二次世界大战后,德国由一个战败国迅速发展成为欧洲乃至世界强国,其成功的秘密在于有一套完善的职业教育体系。据此分析了德国职业教育成功的经验,指出我国职业教育的现状及存在的问题,提出要实现我国职业教育的发展必须解放思想,转变观念;加强对职业教育立法;加强对职业教育师资投入;调动行业、企业、个人等多元办学主体参与职教的积极性。

Comparative study on the vocational education of China and Germany is carried on. It is pointed out that the secret to Germany＇s successful transformation from a defeated country in the Second World War to a great power in Europe and even in the world lies in its perfect vocational education system. The reasons why Germany＇s vocational education system operates so well are analyzed. The problems with China＇s vocational education are pointed out. It is put forward that to realize the development of China＇s vocational education, the following items must be implemented： freeing the mind and changing the conception; attach importance to the legislation of vocational education, reinforcing the input on the teachers of vocational education; arousing the enthusiasm of multibody of school running, such as industry, enterprises and individuals.
