Eastblishing New Property Right Relation in University Scientific and Technological Industry

论述了建立高校科技产业的新型产权关系,指出"两权分离""校企分开"是建立新型产权关系的前提;理顺产权关系是高校科技产业快速、持续发展的必要条件;建立资产投入与退出机制是规避高校经济风险的关键。

The issue of establishing new property fight relation in university scientific .and technological industry is discussed. It is pointed out that the prerequisite to establishing new relation is to carry out the separation of the rights of ownership from the rights of control and the separation of enterprise from university, that the necessary condition to the fast steady development of the industry is to clarify property fight relation, and that the key to avoiding economic risk is to establish an assets investment and withdrawal mechanism.
