摘要
建立了一套毛细泵环路热管及其性能测试系统,采用不同多孔丝网构成了3种毛细芯,在以水为工质的毛细泵环路热管运行中做了实验。实验表明复合芯的热阻比单一丝网的热阻小8%,复合芯的传热极限比单一丝网的传热极限高3%。因此丝网毛细芯的结构对CPL传热性能有较大影响,采用复合毛细芯可以得到较好的传热性能。
Multi-layer copper screen meshes can be used as capillary wicks. A CPL was fabricated to investigate performance of three screen mesh capillary wicks. This CPL used distilled water as working fluid. Experimental results show that complex screen mesh capillary wick better than other two capillary wicks composed of single kind of screen mesh. The thermal resistance of complex wick is 8% lower than that of single kind of screen mesh wick. The maximum heat flux density is 3% higher than that of single kind of screen mesh wick.
