摘要
从高坝洲枢纽所处的地理位置和作用,论述了枢纽开发的任务。从航运、发电、水库淹没等因素分析枢纽正常蓄水位和死水位选择。从电站发电能力、调峰能力、以及电力系统平衡分析电站装机容量规模。在梯级水库洪水调节中,分析了梯级水库的洪水组成,提出了坝前控制运用水位,以及梯级水库的洪水调度原则。
The development purposes of Gaobazhou Project are discussed in the light of its geographic location and roles in national economy development. The normal and the lowest pool levels are selected in consideration of such factors as navigation,power generation and inundation. The installed capacity of the power station is estimated on the basis of hydropower resources, requirement of peak regulation, and balance of electric power system. For flood regulation of cascade reservoirs, the flood compositions associated with cascade reservoirs concerned are analysed, and the control operation pool levels in front of the dam, as well as the principle for flood regulation of cascade reservoirs are put forward.
