摘要
高坝洲水利枢纽施工导流设计标准选用时,不仅考虑了长江水位顶托影响,还考虑了上游隔河岩调峰电站的运行方式改变了坝址处天然流量的实际情况。枯水时段施工导流建筑物设计标准选用的依据是可能的出库流量与隔—高区间流量相迭加,因而降低了一期低土石围堰的设计标准,但也带来了一些不利的影响。实践表明设计根据规范规定对上游水库提出的调蓄要求,对电站发电效益有所影响,由于在施工导流设计和工程建设过程中都由业主负责与有关方面进行协调,使问题得到妥善解决。
In selection of the standard for construction diversion of the Gaobazhou Project, not only the effect of the withstanding of water level in the Yangtze River but also the change in natural discharge at the damsite which results from the upstream Geheyan Hydropower Station’s operation of peak load regulation is taken into account. The design standard for diversion structure operating in low water period is based on superpositon of the possible discharge from the Geheyan reservoir and the regional discharge between Geheyan and Gaobazhou, so that design standard for the first stage earth and rockfill cofferdam is lowered. But this also brings about some adverse effect. The practice has proved that designing diversion structure in accordance with requirements stipulated in the norm for upstream reservoir storage will have a certain influence on the generation benefit of that upstream power station. These issues are basically settled through the project owner’s coordinating relations between related aspects in the course of diversion design and construction.
