韶关地区妊娠期糖尿病72例分析

Clinical analysis for 78 cases GDM

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病血糖控制与妊娠结局的关系。方法2003年1月至2007年6月在我院住院分娩的妊娠期糖尿病患者72例,按血糖控制与否分为控制组(A组,47例)与未控制组(B组,25例),回顾性评价两组的妊娠结局。结果未控制组的母儿并发症比例明显增多,两组相比差异有显著意义。结论妊娠期糖尿病对母亲和胎儿均有显著损害,及早诊治、适时终止妊娠可以减少母婴并发症。

Objective： To study the relationship between blood glucose control and pregancy outcome in the patients with gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM） . Methods ： There are 72 patients with GDM who gave birth to a child in our hospital from January 2003 to June 2007 , Which were divided into the control team （A team , 47 cases） and the noncontrol team （ B team , 25 cases） according to the control of glucose, Pregancy outcome of this two groups were analyzed and compared, Results ： The complications of maternal and newborn in B team were obviously more than in A team, Two teams had signifcant difference. Conclusion： GDM does serious harm to pregnant woman and fetal, Diagnosis at the earliest opportunity and timely termination of pregnancy can reduce maternal and newborn complications.
