血清和腹腔积液中唾液酸、癌胚抗原和铁蛋白联检对肝癌诊断价值的探讨

Combined determination of SA,CEA and SF levels in serum and abdominis effusion for diagnosis of liver cancer

目的探讨血清和腹腔积液中肿瘤标志物SA、CEA和SF联检对诊断肝癌的临床价值。方法应用放射免疫分析法和化学法对33例肝癌、42例肝硬化腹水患者进行血清和腹腔积液中SA、CEA和SF水平检测,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果33例肝癌患者血清和腹腔积液中SA、CEA和SF水平均非常显著地高于42例肝硬化腹水组(P<0.01)和正常人组(P<0.01)。血清和腹腔积液中的SA、CEA和SF的联检对诊断肝癌的阳性率为96.4%。结论检测血清和腹腔积液中SA、CEA和SF水平对诊断肝癌具有一定的临床实用价值。

Objective To study the clinical value of combined determination of SA,CEA and SF levels in serum and abdomins effusion fluids for diagnosis of liver cancer. Methods These three tumor markers were determined in serum and abdomins effusion fluid with RIA （CEA and SF） or chemistry method（ SA）in 33 patients with liver cancer,42 patients with liver cirrhosis and 35 controls. Results The serum and abdomins effusion fluid levels of SA, CEA and SF in patients with liver cancer were significantly higher than those in patients with liver cirrhosis （ P 〈 0. 01 ） and 35 controls （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The positive rate of combined determination of SA, CEA and SF for liver cancer could be above 96.4% Conclusion Combined determination of SA, CEA and SF is a useful method for liver cancer diagnosis. It is of clinical values.
