原发性痛经是妇科常见病,因其高发病率及给人们工作、生活带来的负面影响,引起了人们的关注。近20年来,关于原发性痛经的发病机制和防治的研究不断深入,取得了丰硕成果,本文对此阶段的研究文献进行了系统回顾和探讨,以期为今后原发性痛经的发病机制和防治的研究奠定基础。

Primary dysmenorrhea is a common disorder in women with a high incidence, which affects the normal work and life, so it is greatly concerned. In the past 20 years there is a progress in the study of its pathogenesy, prevention and treatment. The author tries to make a systematical review and investigating about the research literature concerning this disorder, so as to lay a foundation for further exploration into its pathogenesy, prevention and treatment.
