新斯的明治疗重症胰腺炎所致麻痹性肠梗阻的初步探讨

Discussion for effect of Neostigmine in treatment of paralytic ileus caused by severe acute pancreatitis

目的探讨新斯的明对重症急性胰腺炎所致麻痹性肠梗阻的作用。方法对16例重症急性胰腺炎所致麻痹性肠梗阻患者注射新斯的明,观察肠蠕动恢复、肛门排气排便情况。结果16例患者肠梗阻缓解。结论新斯的明对重症急性胰腺炎所致麻痹性肠梗阻有积极的治疗作用。

[Objective] To explore the effect of the Neostigmine in treatment of the paralytic ileus caused by severe acute pancreatitis. [Methods] Inject Neostigmine into sixteen patients with paralytic ileus caused by severe acute pancreatitis. [Results] All the paralytic ileus caused by severe acute pancreatitis were relieved. [Conclusion] Neostigmine can be used to treat the paralytic ileus caused by severe acute pancreatitis.
