摘要
在剖析其需求结构和变化的基础上,厘清管理场中的行为博弈过程,导入多维需求混沌整合模型进行研究。研究表明:管理场的形成过程就是企业的形成过程,管理是行为人多维需求博弈直至博弈均衡的活动,企业的发展是多维需求不断整合并达成一致的结果。其中,管理均衡来自员工个体需求、家庭需求与企业目标需求的协调,团队合作与企业文化建设是多维需求整合的可行机制。
Based on the multi - dimensional needs, this paper analyzes the needs structure and development firstly, clarifies the behavior gaming process in the management field, introduces the chaotic integrative model. It shows that the formation of the management field is the formation of the organization. Management is the activity of multi -dimensional needs game that leads to equilibrium, the development of an organization is the result of in- tegrating the multi - dimensional needs of organization members. Management equilibrium comes from the harmony among team members'individual needs, family needs and the organization goals, teamwork and enterprise culture are feasible mechanisms to integrate multi -dimensional needs.
