The core of the sustainable development is orientation and moderation, and the content is cooperation, which also is the method to realize the sustainable development. It should repress mankind＇s demand and promote the layer of demand, and have a right comprehension of competition. Insist on the right view of equity and efficiency view is the important contents of the valid cooperation. The cooperation is an eternal topic of sustainable development.
