摘要
采用PS4.0微机极谱溶出仪的标准加入法测定了白酒中的微量铅,采用检测下限0.01μg/L,线性范围0.01~1000ug/L。溶出分析条件:富集电位-1.0V,富集时间100s,净化时间10s,净化电位0V,扫描速度350mV/s。波型为一阶导数,参考峰铅-0.45V,锌、锰、铜不干扰测量。
To determine the trace amount of lead in liquor the standard-addition method was run in PS4.0 computerized polarographic stripping analyzer using the detection limit of 0.01 μg/L and linear range of 0.01-1000 μg/L. Analysis condition of dissolution: enrichment potential of -1.0 V, enrichment time of 100s, purification time of 10s, purification potential of 0V, scanning speed of 350 mV/s. Wave type was of the first derivative, reference lead was -0.45 V, and zinc, manganese and copper did not interfere with measurements.
