参与式健康教育在农村出生缺陷预防控制中的应用

目的:探讨参与式健康教育方法在农村出生缺陷预防控制中的应用。方法:利用计划生育网络平台,开展出生缺陷的干预控制。动员育龄妇女学习围孕期自我管理的知识、技能,树立出生缺陷重在预防的信念。结果:通过出生缺陷知识的参与式健康教育,使农村社区育龄妇女建立了良好的知、信、行,出生缺陷预防健康教育收到了良好效果。结论:参与式健康教育方法在农村出生缺陷的预防控制过程中具有广阔的应用前景。

Objective： To discuss the application of participating health education in the prevention of birth defects in rural area. Methods： Taking the advantage of family planning network, the campaign were launched to reduce birth defects incidence by a well - planned intervention program. The women of reproductive age should be educated about knowledge and skill of per - conception health care. The faith that primary prevention of birth defects is crucial should be established. Results： Women of reproductive age should have favorable attitude, manner and practice of healthy life style correlative with prevention of birth defects in rural community. Conclusion： Participating health education provided with abroad application to the control and prevention of birth defects in rural community.
