河南省0～6岁残疾儿童状况调查

Existing circumstances analysis of disabled children in 0～6 age bracket in Henan province

目的：了解河南省0～6岁儿童残疾现况。方法：根据第二次全国残疾人抽样调查方案进行实施，应用SAS9．1．3统计学软件对数据进行处理分析。结果：0-6岁儿童残疾现患率为1．79％，其中57．34％为男性残疾儿童，37．44％儿童患多重残疾，14．79％接受了教育，智力残疾占44．72％，言语残疾占23．91％，肢体残疾占13．35％；致残原因主要有原因不明、发育异常、新生儿窒息、早产、产伤、遗传、药物等因素；83．85％未接受任何服务或扶助，81．68％的需要医疗救助。结论：河南省0～6岁儿童残疾状况不容乐观，应针对致残原因采取相应干预措施。

Objective： To discuss the existing circumstances of disabled children in the 0 - 6 age bracket in Henan province. Methods： The investigation was carried out according to scheme of the 2nd China National Sample Survey on - Disability. Data was analyzed with SAS vg. 1.3. Results： Disability prevalence rate of children in the 0 -6 age bracket in Henan province was 1.79% ; 57. 34% of the disabled children were male infants; 37.44% of the disabled children were found with second or multiple disabilities; 14.79% disabled children accepted education; Main disability were intelligence disability （44. 72% ） , language disability （ 23.91% ） , handicapped disability （13.35%） ; Main causes of disability were unknown origin, developmental dysphasia, asphyxia of the newborn, prematurely, birth injury and inheritance, drug and so on; 83.85% of disabled children accepted no service and relief; 81.68% of disabled children needed medicine service or rehef. Condusion： The existing circumstances of disabled children in Henan province are not optimized about. The corresponding interventions strategy should be taken against the causes of disability.
